DESIGN KITCHEN

"Our first meeting was held at the Özlem Tuna Workshop in Çukurcuma.
For the design part of our initiative, we talked about 'What is design and the process steps leading to a product'. Of course, in all our meetings, we will delve into the subject of 'what is design' and talk about the details of the steps we take towards a product design.
I can define design in its simplest form as finding a solution to a clearly defined issue that is limited/constrained by someone else.
I would also like to remind you of Roger Martin's definition of Design: "Design is developing analytical solutions to our problems instead of using our manual power."
Apart from our design discussions, we also started to touch, feel and shape the porcelain clay, which is the main material I use. My first impression was that Aylin had no difficulty in shaping the porcelain clay since she works with dough in the kitchen. Her fast and orderly work was really impressive.
We met for the second time at Aylin Yazıcıoğlu's Nicole Restaurant.
At Sibel Kutlusoy's suggestion, after our previous clay shaping workshop, Chef Aylin taught me how to make Choux dough. Is the word "taught" correct?
I'm not sure. Learning is not an action that happens after a single try. Especially if you are preparing a sweet dough with different cooking techniques.
Choux dough is prepared by cooking both on the stove and in the oven.
Outside of Nicole Restaurant's kitchen, I must try it by myself at home.
