The answers of these ambiguous questions lay far from our imagination, but what we know for sure is that the main purpose of a passenger is to experience the journey. To observe, soak in, internalize and enjoy it to the max. The destination is not of great meaning for the passenger, it is an issue concerning a pilot, captain or a driver. For a passenger what matters is the journey itself and the enjoyment of it.

Our passenger collection, containing a variety of cups and accessories, is designed to add on joy to your inner journeys. The collection gets its inspiration from the transformative experiences of its designer’s own journeys. Presented in 4 different color schemes reflecting imaginary moods of sea, moon, city and forest passengers; every single item is casted from local Anatolian mud and hand crafted in Özlem Tuna Atelier.

The Passenger Collection is designed and crafted with collaboration of traditional blacksmiths from the world famous Grand Bazaar area. All within the ethos of displaying a sustainable workflow, which supports the traditional metal craftsmanship dating back to Byzantine era.

The influence of this collaboration can be traced back not only on the handcrafted metal bits and pieces of the collection, but also on the special texture of the ceramics. This patterned texture, resembling the ancient metal beating technique applied on cupperwares by these blacksmiths, is finely recreated on ceramics for a superior grip and elegant look.

Enriched with small plates, cups and bowls from our Daydream Collection, The Passenger Collection is designed having in mind “cosy coffee or tea times and casual me-times with the company of some enjoyable snacks of your choice”. But various sized trays and conic bowls in the collection, will give you multiple options for different purposes and spaces. Be it in your kitchen, living room or bathroom...
